Personal
A life-long Pennsylvania resident, Kurt lived mainly in his hometown of
Rocky Grove,
Venango County, before attending college at the University of Pittsburgh's
Titusville and
Johnstown campuses.
He has a bachelor of science degree in psychology and spent some time working in that field
before studying at the
University of Pittsburgh
School of Law.
After living in Pittsburgh and State
College, Kurt and his wife, Jennifer, returned to Johnstown, where
much of Jennifer's family still resides.
