Attorney Nilson practices primarily with matters relating to estates and trusts, probate, commercial law, and real estate law.  Among these services are estate settlement and estate planning.

Affiliations

Mr. Nilson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Cambria County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  He has also been a participant in the Wilkinson-Campbell Inns of Court and a member of the Centre County Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, formerly serving as its vice-president.

 

 

 

 

Attorney Nilson currently serves as board member of the Discover Downtown Johnstown Partnership, a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth, promotion, and revitalization of Downtown Johnstown.

 

Personal

A life-long Pennsylvania resident, Kurt lived mainly in his hometown of Rocky Grove, Venango County, before attending college at the University of Pittsburgh's Titusville and Johnstown campuses.

 

He has a bachelor of science degree in psychology and spent some time working in that field before studying at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

 

After living in Pittsburgh and State College, Kurt and his wife, Jennifer, returned to Johnstown, where much of Jennifer's family still resides.
