Anatomical Gift Preferences, Generally
A donor may make a gift of none, all, or any part of his or her body to be effective at the time of death.

These options may be generalized into four gift categories :
1. No anatomical gifts
2. The entire body
3. Any needed parts or organs
4. Only the parts or organs indicated by selection

Without instructions, the following persons are entitled to make a gift of all or any part of the body at the time of death.
1. A spouse
2. An adult child
3. Either parent
4. An adult sibling
5. A guardian of the person at the time of death
6. Any other person authorized or obligated to dispose of the body
