Custodian
One who manages property that has been transferred to a minor according to the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.
Custodians have the authority to manage custodial property just as their own property, which allows them to make withdrawals, write checks, and trade securities. However, custodians are limited to using the custodial property solely for the minor's benefit when taking any action with the property.
Pennsylvania only permits one custodian to serve at any given time, co-custodians are not permitted.
