Fraud in the Execution
1) Fraud that causes someone to sign a legal document, such as a will, but only because that person is made to believe he or she is signing some other type of document.
For Example::
Telling a testator that she is signing a Power of Attorney, when the document is actually a will.
2) Fraud that induces a person to sign a legal document believing that it contains terms different than its actual terms.
For Example::
Presenting a testator with a will that leaves everything to John, when she believes that the will leaves everything to David.
