Fraud in the Inducement
Fraud that causes a person to create a legal document containing personal instructions that were created upon the basis of that fraud and which are personal instructions that would not have otherwise been created.
For Example::
Untruthfully telling a testator that Jane is the long-lost daughter of his favorite uncle, which causes that testator to make a testamentary gift to Jane under his will that he wouldn't have otherwise made to Jane.
