Natural Objects of a Person's Bounty
The class of individuals whom it is believed a person would prefer to take
ownership of his or her property at death. This is typically the person's
most closely related family members, such as the spouse, children, and
parents.
The natural objects of a person's bounty may also generally be considered as
including the same people who are designated to receive all of a person's
property under the intestacy
laws.
