Simultaneous Death
The death of two or more people under circumstances that do not provide sufficient evidence to determine which of the persons was the last one living.

Any property that requires a survivor to determine its ownership, such as tenancy by the entireties, is distributed through the individual estate of each owner, unless there are alternate instructions given by a controlling document, such as a will or trust.
