Slayer's Act
A Pennsylvania law that restricts a slayer's right to receive any property or benefit as the result of the victim's death.

For instance, if a slayer is the beneficiary of the victim's will, that will is read as though the slayer did not survive the victim. Any testamentary gifts intended for the slayer will be given to an alternate beneficiary or will lapse.
