Testator
Any person who has made a valid will, which is
owned at the time of death.
Historically, the term "Testator" was used solely in reference to males and
"Testatrix" was used to refer to any female
who had made a valid will.
Modern usage typically refers to both genders as "Testator" without
distinction.
