Undue Influence
Improper coercion over a testator that is intended to remove the testator's free will in order to substitute the testator's wishes with those of the 'influencer.'

Undue influence generally occurs when that testator is mentally susceptible to coercion, which may result from old age or illness. The testator must also have a confidential or trusting relationship with the influencer, such as a child or physician, in order to cause undue influence.

For Example:
A aged mother may make a will giving all of her property to the son that lives with her because the son has purposefully convinced her that a daughter living out of state is neglecting her.
