Mental Health Living Will, Liability for Compliance
Pennsylvania specifically excuses physicians, mental health care providers, and any other person from all criminal and civil liability for following the terms of a valid mental health living will in good faith.  This removes a potential barrier to compliance with mental health living wills, which might otherwise be viewed as a likely source of litigation against mental health care providers.
