Power of Attorney, Duty to Comply
Without reasonable cause to ignore an agent's directives, any person given instructions according to the terms of a valid power of attorney must comply.  Any person who fails to comply with a valid power of attorney is subject to civil liability for any damages that result from the failure to honor the document.
