UTMA, Ending Age
Generally, UTMA accounts created in Pennsylvania cannot end later than the minor's attainment of 21 years of age.

However, Pennsylvania provides an exception for UTMA accounts that are created according to the authority granted by a will or trust. The ending age of these accounts may be extended until the minor reaches 25 years of age.
