Wills, Recording
Some states, such as New York, allow people to record their
wills with government offices prior
to death. Pennsylvania Wills are not filed or recorded with any
official office prior to the
testator's death.
Although a will is legal document at the moment it is properly
executed it may still be changed or
revoked at any time before the testator's death, which precludes the
necessity of recording any Wills before that time.
