Intestacy CalculatorsTM

Attorney Nilson is the creator of the
first interactive programs that determine any person's legal heirs for the
purpose of calculating each heir's share of the intestate estate.
These are the only programs that allow users to see how state intestacy
laws distribute their property if they don't have a valid Will.
In
acknowledgement of their usefulness, Nilson's programs were being used by
law schools and universities around the country within months of their
release, as well as by professionals in other industries such as banking
and real estate. Other attorneys are also linking to the
individual programs that are specific to their state of
practice.
